I’m a systems thinker, educator, and design strategist with over two decades of experience leading creative, collaborative, and equity-driven work across education, nonprofits, and community spaces.My background spans architecture, learning design, and organizational strategy — from building startup schools and national training programs to designing workshops, tools, and systems that help teams grow, reflect, and adapt.I founded Blueprint for Creativity to help people work better together — to unlock ideas, shift culture, and build systems rooted in care, clarity, and possibility.
